OLYDI is early — support is a person reading email, not a ticketing queue. Start with the docs, then email us if you are still stuck.
For anything the docs don't cover — install issues, billing, or general questions — email support@olydi.com. You'll get a reply, not an auto-close; we can't promise an SLA yet.
Security issues
Don't use general support for vulnerability reports. Follow our responsible disclosure policy and email security@olydi.com instead.
CLI and Action bugs
Found a bug in @olydi/cli or the GitHub Action? Email us at support@olydi.com with the command and output — GitHub Issues will be your preferred path once those repos are public.
