These terms govern use of the olydi.com marketing site and the free OLYDI scan. OLYDI is a product of Valty, Inc.

The free scan. Scanning, the findings view, PR check-runs, and SARIF export are provided free. The free scan is offered as-is, without a production service-level commitment. Autonomous remediation and its service commitments are sold on valty.ai under separate terms.

Acceptable use. Do not probe, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to bypass protections on OLYDI systems. Do not use the scan against repositories you are not authorized to analyze.

Claims. We do not represent certifications, customer logos, or integrations that do not exist. Paid remediation throughput is sold on valty.ai under separate terms.

No warranty. The site and the free scan are provided without warranty to the extent permitted by law. Paid tiers carry their own contractual terms on valty.ai.
