OLYDI is a product of Valty, Inc. This policy covers the olydi.com marketing site and the early-access intake.

What we collect. When you request early access or enterprise contact, we collect the email, the stated intent, an optional company name, and an optional note. We use first-party Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate site analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.

How the scan works. The free scan runs against repositories you connect through the GitHub App or the CLI. Code context is processed to produce findings and is not used to train models by default. Findings render rollup-only on pre-auth surfaces; we never publish raw figures or file paths from your repositories.

Where intake data goes. Early-access submissions route to our CRM for follow-up, to email for notification, and to a durable backup before the request is acknowledged. The durable backup must succeed first, so a request is never lost silently.

Your choices. Email privacy@olydi.com to access, correct, delete, or opt out of follow-up. We honor deletion requests for intake records that are not required for an active contract.

Legal basis, retention, and transfers. We process intake data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)); you can withdraw at any time. Intake records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Our processors (hosting/analytics, CRM, email, and durable backup) may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
